The service was exceptional; the staff went above and beyond to help us plan our activities and even prepared an early breakfast for us. The peaceful location surrounded by lush vegetation was a big plus, and the nearby zoo was a delightful surprise. Overall, there are great things about this place, but I hope they can address the maintenance issues.
